Had a replacement of my 4WD gear stick today and these guys charged me an hour instead of actual 40 mins and told me: You are lucky we have just charged you one hour! If I hadnt seen when they took my car I would have believed them. Besides that they changed the gear stick and no my 4WD light is not working properly anymore. Their answer to that: Bad luck. This is not the way how you run a business! Would never go there again!
Have had my Faith restored with Youngs Holden Geraldton .Had a Steering Lock Failure in my 2013 Colorado LTZ . Youngs took my vehicle to Geraldton from Mt Magnet by TiltTray and replaced the whole ignition system .Steering lock , Ignition Keys Door Locks etc . This was done at no cost to me .You will not get better than that .
So they order parts, then ring up once, if you don't answer then they send the part back. When you ring them up they lie and say it has been 28 days so they sent the part back and they tried to call more than 4 times. Phone history does not lie, Youngs motors do. They really don't like doing warranty jobs here. Refused to honour capped price servicing. Do not try to help. Constantly over charge both hour rate and items purchased. They are always happy to help, At an inflated price. Never have they actually been helpful. Next cars will not be purchased here.

They do a good job. I have had my Mitsubishi serviced by them for many years.
