First time I went was fine The doctor was exceptional The next time I went all I needed was a script but the sour old moll of a receptionist simply didn't want to help me in any way She refused to book an appointment for me so I suggested a day or two's time and she fobbed me off with "call us then..." Kind of defeats the purpose of making an appointment" Totally unacceptable
