I was visiting WA from The States for a few months last summer, & during my time in Geraldton I took a few classes at The Body Temple. The classes offer a lot of variety both in nature of the classes and little elements within them. (at some point in the classes I took, there were elements of meditation, sound healing, and aromatherapy). They were always EXACTLY what I was looking for and then some. Jess & Suz are both totally lovely and very knowledgeable. This is a wonderful place to practice whether you're looking to reap physical benefits or your heart and mind just need some healing and rest!
