Just a normal coles store great variety sometimes fabulous bargains
I have shopped at Coles around the state and I find that geraldton cole is below average thing you need like nappies being sold out and shelves empty is a bit sad. But on a higher note some of the most helpful staff you find there are a couple of ladies who are extremely helpful one ( Kristy b ) who is normally doing click and collect is always willing to help people with what they need.
Lady spoke brusquely to us when we approached the customer service counter for a refund due to wrong brand purchased. She was tall, bespectacled and the younger of the two ladies at the counter. Experience with the other lady (Belinda is her name if I recall correctly) was much better after she took over the refund process.
This Lady was a great help to me. As Had 2 broken ribs her and other staff help me with everything and where happy to do so. I Thank them for all their assistance as well as their manners. Good Manners are what keep you going back. Thank You again Staff of Coles Geraldton.
Coles seems to be the most popular Supermarket in Geraldton. The store is generic in design , plenty of variety of products and fully stocked. For me, the fresh fish and seafood,plus a big bakery is the highlight of Coles. Click and collect is available but not home delivery. The store is situated in a good shopping complex, with a variety of shops including Target that compliments the shopping complex. There is a large car park area ,however due to the popularity of this shopping complex sometimes it's hard to find a park. Caravans can park easily across the road from the Complex
