Couldn't thank Wayne any more for fixing our car. After having a previous mechanic look at our car and tell us it was a write off as the work was going to cost $7000 to fix, we got Wayne to look at it for a second opinion. Within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was and fixed it for $100. He went through everything with us, gave us loads of advice and was genuinely so kind and helpful. We managed to drive to Coral Bay where we live after his help which a few hours earlier seemed a impossibility. We've dealt with quiet a few mechanics on the west coast now and by far this was the best most trustworthy service we have received. Would highly recommend him to anyone!!!
Trustworthy service, wouldn't take my car anywhere else
I've been to Mr Poletti around a month ago after they took my licens plates due to no road worthy....mr poletti managed to fix all problems within 48 h and even got me a seat belt for my old hippie van, which wasn't easy to find...great team, very helpful and competent.
The team at Poletti's have serviced my car twice a year since 2013 and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They are accomodating, very fussy with their work, and are true problem solvers. I feel like a valued customer everytime I deal with them. I wouldn't look anywhere else for better service and value. Thanks guys!
