The service we have been getting from the Professionals since renting out our home has been amazing. Firstly, on most big vacate cleaning jobs, property managers provide us detailed cleaning lists which helps us a lot on preparing and working effectively, so that we use less time on looking for dirty spots, and it avoids doing some unnecessary cleaning (when is not caused by the current tenants). In return, we would charge less when invoicing. This way, it is beneficial to both parties.Secondly, Professionals Geraldton maintains a strict cleaning standard, i.e. taps must be polished, toilets must be thoroughly cleaned, as well the top of door frames must free of dust. If my work did not meet their standard, I have to go back without hesitation to redress any concerns without further charge. After many years of practice, we almost realize a 98% success rate!Thirdly, Professionals Geraldton invites me to quote on jobs allowing a competitive chance to secure further cleaning jobs. I am of the opinion if is of benefit to clients too, as Property Managers obtain 2-3 quotes for 1 job, and allow the customer to choose the quote most suited, therefore they safeguard consumer rights and interests.Fourthly, Professionals Geraldton always provides strong support to back up my cleaning, they promptly respond to any concerns raised, especially if I notice a water leak or broken window while attending the property, they action repairs in a timely manner ensuring they protect the property from further damage.Last but not least, the two Ladies at Reception are very helpful and friendly, they serve lots of customers orderly while answering phone calls, they are always busy and doing a great job multi-tasking. What's more, Professionals brought their opening time forward from 9 to 8:30am, to accommodate contractors who need to collect keys to enable them to start working earlier than before.
