Rang this business about a very important issue and got to speak to a very rude woman working in reception. Was not helped at all and all she said was sorry I can't help you I don't know anything I'm just the receptionist. After called again later that same day was talked to again very rudely and told not to keep ringing and treated like I was being difficult when was actually being extremely polite. Was told someone with a clue would call me back. Well it's been a week and I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED. Yes I want my $2000 back and saying no one works here that used to work here MAKES NO DIFFERENCE TO MY SITUATION. so on that note I will be seeking legal advice to get my money back from these THEIVING PIRATES. Also if you look down at one of the reviews it is Debbie Thompson giving HERSELF a 5 star review BLATANTLY LYING. PIRATES.
There property management needs improvement. An apology is owed to all the people who have been affected by a property in our area. Telling home owners its hard to get good Tennant's in our area doesn't bode well as an excuse. For bad management.
